FAQs

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions we get from our customers

Question: My Air Conditioner isn’t cooling at all. Is there anything I can do to get it working myself?
Answer: The first thing you should do is check the inside filters on your unit. If these are dirty your AC may not cool properly. Then check your breakers in your breaker panel and also in your furnace. Also, check your thermostat to make sure it is set at the correct temperature and settings. DO NOT ATTEMPT to work on the inside of the unit yourself unless you are properly trained. You can do further damage to your unit which will end up costing you more to repair and you could get seriously hurt. If you have checked the items above and your unit is still not cooling you should contact us so we can take a look at your unit.
